Harness Your Body’s Natural Power for Radiant, Youthful Skin
As we age and our body stops producing the proteins associated with keeping your skin youthful and plump known as collagen and elastin, our skin becomes dull with fine lines and wrinkles, we lose volume and we start showing natural aging as a result of sun and environmental factors occurring both extrinsic and intrinsic.
PRF is a natural process utilizing the power of your own blood found in your body to regenerate with either injections or through infusion via a microneedling drive. It is designed to lead to tissue regeneration and wound healing.

What is PRF?
PRFM, or “Platelet Rich Fibrin Matrix" is using the power of the patient’s own blood and growth factors to offer infinite new possibilities in the use of autologous blood concentrates. The Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) technique uses the latest generation of Smart Blood Concentrates to generate a complex Fibrin Matrix rich in Platelets, Leukocytes and Mesenchymal stem cells. For 10-12 days this results in the constant release of Growth factors and interleukins which accelerate tissue healing and regenerating processes.
PRF is a more potent version with various advantages over the well-known PRP. With PRP, growth factor release is initially rapid, yielding short-lived, early healing benefits without long-term improvement. In comparison with PRP’s rapid growth factor release, PRF releases growth factors for an extended duration of time: up to 7 days for most growth factors and at a slower rate than PRP.
It is proposed that PRF’s composition aids in preventing rapid proteolysis of growth factors, thereby enabling prolonged secretion. In addition, the slow polymerization and remodeling of the fibrin matrix within PRF, compared with PRP’s more rapid, haphazard polymerization, effectively sustains growth factors and other critical cells. Lastly, PRF formation and centrifugation differs from PRP in that there is no anticoagulant and spin times and speeds differ. PRF has implied use as a natural filler. PRF has had remarkable success as a complementary component in surgical and nonsurgical esthetic treatments.
PRFM is injected or topically applied and when done so, your own body goes through an inflammatory response leading to production of collagen and elastin leading to a youthful radiance.

How do you prepare for the procedure?
Avoid taking blood-thinning medications (e.g., aspirin, ibuprofen, or certain supplements like fish oil) for at least 5-7 days before the procedure, as they can increase the risk of bruising and affect the healing process. Additionally, Drink plenty of water before the procedure to ensure that your blood volume is optimal making the process smoother.
How many procedures will I need to notice a difference?
The number of PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) procedures you may need depends on your individual skin concerns, goals, and how your skin responds to the treatment. Typically, most people will require 2-3 PRF sessions spaced about 4-6 weeks apart for optimal results. This helps to stimulate collagen production and rejuvenate the skin effectively. After the initial course of treatments, maintenance sessions may be recommended every 3-6 months, depending on your skin's needs and how well it responds to the therapy.

Frequently Asked QUESTIONS
What is the process for PRF?
During the procedure, a small amount of your blood (usually about 10-20 mL) is drawn from your arm. This is similar to having blood drawn for a regular blood test. The blood sample is placed into a centrifuge, a machine that spins the blood at a high speed. This process separates the blood components: red blood cells, plasma, and platelets. The platelet-rich portion, which contains a higher concentration of platelets and growth factors, is collected and placed into desired areas.
